Phenoa is operated by Epipolar Studios ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Phenoa app.

How We Use Your Data

Third-Party Services

Phenoa uses third-party cloud services for authentication, crash reporting, analytics, and subscription management. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Tracking

Phenoa does not track you. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), we do not serve ads, and we do not share your data with ad networks or data brokers.

Data Storage

Your plant photos and health reports are stored locally on your device. Photos are sent to our server only during analysis and are not retained afterward. Your account data (user ID) is stored by our authentication provider.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers and your device, including all plant photos, health reports, and check-in records. This action cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

Phenoa is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above.
